Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a security or front-desk role.
• Familiarity with access-control procedures and badge policies.
• Observation and reporting of security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering the location in accordance with established access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry; direct visitors to appropriate check-in processes and restricted areas as applicable.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations and elevate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
