Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering the location in accordance with established access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry; direct visitors to appropriate check-in processes and restricted areas as applicable.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations and escalated concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

As a Screener at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will support access screening, monitor entry points, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
