Job summary

The Hutton Hotel in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect guests and staff while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will respond to incidents, monitor access points, and coordinate with team to maintain a safe environment for all guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team! As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
