The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach is seeking a vigilant Security Guard/Officer to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. You will patrol the premises, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents while upholding hotel policies in a professional manner.

Schedule: 10:00pm-6:30am. The role reports to the security leadership and offers potential growth within the hotel’s security organization. A calm, observant demeanor and a commitment to a culture of excellence are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the guardian of our hotel, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
• Your daily tasks will include patrolling the hotel premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies.
• You will report to the Director of Security, Director of Finance, or General Manager.
• A career as a security guard/officer can lead to opportunities as a security supervisor, security manager, or even director of security within the hospitality industry.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
