The Westin at Frenchman's Reef in St. Thomas is seeking an attentive Security Guard to ensure the safety of guests and staff. You will monitor and respond to security incidents, maintain a secure environment, and follow all hotel security procedures.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate calmness under pressure, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
