Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; gaming or security training preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming and occupational licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct overnight security personnel.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, accidents, and security incidents.
• Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist with investigations and document incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security presence.
• Train, coach, and evaluate security officers; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security.
