Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Security Night Supervisor to oversee all security operations during assigned overnight shifts at Sam Houston Race Park. This role requires strong leadership and quick decision-making in a high-traffic entertainment environment.

You will supervise security personnel, monitor access and surveillance, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming and occupational licenses.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight security personnel scheduling and direction.
• Conduct routine patrols to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; file reports.
• Monitor access control and surveillance systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies, gaming regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Train and coach security officers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security.
