Job summary

Allied Universal in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Security Officer Luxury Insurance Concierge to safeguard clients and maintain a secure environment. This unarmed patrol role requires monitoring assigned areas and delivering outstanding customer service while following site policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct routine and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document incidents and complete reports.
• Deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and timely communication with site contacts.
