• Supervise staff and manage daily operations during a designated shift in the Security department.
• Support and monitor operational goals, performance, and profit objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and address concerns, focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Assist in departmental budgeting, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with budget initiatives.
• Promote and demonstrate excellent customer service according to departmental and company standards.
• Ensure all team members follow customer service standards and address issues promptly.
• Serve as Security Manager on duty in the absence of the Security Shift Manager.
• Enforce internal control policies, including laws related to underage gambling and drinking.
• Maintain safety and inspection reports for the property.
• Conduct regular security post inspections.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Respond professionally and compassionately to guest and team member concerns and complaints.
• Ensure security officers adhere to dress and grooming standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory, fire, rescue, and law enforcement agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within your area and report potential issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience in Casino Security, Military, or Law Enforcement, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong report writing, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
• High energy, proactive, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
