Job summary

Ecowize North America is seeking Sanitation Technicians to safeguard public health by cleaning and sanitizing food production facilities. You’ll work with specialized equipment and chemicals to meet USDA, FDA, and customer standards.

This is a full‑time, overnight role reporting to a Site Manager, with a retention bonus program totaling $1,500 paid over your first year subject to attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Attitude & dependability: safety, teamwork, quality, positive attitude.
• Overnight availability: must be reliable for third shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work areas in assigned sections of the plant.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow usage guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and areas for readiness of pre-op inspections.
• Follow safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out, PPE, and HAZCOMM.
• Complete sanitation tasks within established timelines.
• Maintain communication with teammates, supervisors, and plant staff.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
