Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras, parking systems, and maintain coverage of the Command Office.
• Patrol the facility to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents per venue policies and escalate as needed.
• Complete incident reports and participate in post-incident reviews with management.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and lockdown or evacuation procedures.
