Qualifications

  • Reading, writing and understanding English specifications.
  • Basic math calculations required for quality checks.
  • Ability to use measurement tools including microscopes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable handling hand tools such as mallet hammers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on rubber stopper pads.
  • Operate a heated press machine.
  • Use hand tools and measure parts for conformity.
  • Perform fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices.
  • Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections per specifications on the processing line.
  • Follow SOPs and quality guidelines.
  • Communicate with Team Lead/Supervisor and coworkers.
  • Rotate into different tasks as needed.
