Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks an Overnight Room Service Server/Coordinator to join our In-Room Dining team. You will deliver meals to guest rooms overnight, manage orders placed by telephone and mobile platforms, and ensure accuracy and discretion in service.

Responsibilities include transporting orders, setting up room service areas, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to maintain a refined guest experience. Prior food service and ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to communicate warmly over the telephone.
• Detail oriented with organized workspace.
• Able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders to guest rooms accurately and on time.
• Greet guests and describe menu items with vivid origins and preparation notes.
• Clean and set up room service tables and side stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Close guest checks and secure signatures/payments.
