Life Care Center of Acton is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee patient care during weekend nights. The role coordinates services, directs licensed staff and CNAs, and ensures compliance with Life Care standards while engaging with patients and families in a collaborative care process.

The position emphasizes leadership, assessment, and planning of care plans, with a focus on safety, quality outcomes, and seamless teamwork across disciplines in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• RN supervisor with 2 years nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire.
• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Knowledge of post-acute care regulations and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients and ensure safety.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
