Care Initiatives is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Provide direct, quality nursing care to residents and support daily clinical operations.

You’ll administer medications, monitor conditions, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers, and ensure documentation and compliance. A valid Iowa RN license and CPR certification are required, with a commitment to empathy, respect, and safety.

Competenze

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Empathy, respect, patience, and discretion in care.

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
