Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing and Iowa eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Familiarity with federal and Iowa long-term care regulations.
• Strong commitment to empathetic, respectful patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure safety and quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers and other team members.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
