Job summary
Texas NeuroRehab Center, a specialized medical rehabilitation and neurobehavioral care facility near downtown Austin, seeks a Registered Nurse on the Behavioral unit for a full-time overnight schedule (36 hours/week). The role includes full benefits and opportunities for overtime and shift coverage.
You will provide nursing care for patients 13 and older, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/associate degree in nursing and active RN license.
- BSN preferred and CPR certification.
- One year of inpatient medical rehabilitation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients on the Behavioral unit during overnight shifts.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
- Document patient status and coordinate care with the team.
