Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical rounds on a daily basis and assesses health status of each resident.
• Provides/directs resident care including care plans, assessments, medication review and administration.
• Monitors documentation, coordinates admissions/discharges/transfers, and liaises with families and medical staff.
• Supervises staff performance, monitors shift staffing, and ensures adherence to standards of care.
