Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations related to long-term care; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Holds 24-hour responsibility for quality of care on the designated unit and supervises nursing staff.
• Attends care conferences and collaborates on plans of care with residents, families and physician teams.
• Provides clinical/managerial guidance, ensures timely documentation and communication across IDT members.
