Job summary

Zarephath Behavioral Health Services in Arizona is seeking an Overnight Youth Enrichment Specialist to supervise and support youth aged 2–17 in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean environment and preparing the space for the next day’s activities.

Night shifts run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, with requirements including 21+ years old, 1 year of relevant experience, a valid AZ driver’s license, and required clearances.

Qualifications

• Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results.

Our Community Presence

We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa & Apache Junction. These homes are safe havens for youth ages 2–17. As an Overnight Specialist, you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours.

Your Night Shift Mission

This is a critical role focused on the "behind-the-scenes" success of our program. You’ll be based in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes, ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead:

• Safety & Vigilance: Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe, secure environment
• House Stewardship: Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization
• Daily Prep: Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next day’s activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot

The Schedule

Perfect for night owls or those looking for consistent weekend hours:

• Friday Night: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Saturday morning)
• Saturday Night: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday morning)

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
• 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
• Valid AZ Driver’s License
• Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook for shift logging.

Compensation

• $19.00 per hour
