Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Residential Guardian Security Flex Officer to protect clients across industries with access control, patrols, and exceptional customer service. The role is a part-time overnight frontline desk position in the Little Havana area, with duties at the front desk, CCTV monitoring, and reporting using Heliaus.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and benefits; a Florida Security License D is required, along with reliable transportation and prior security experience.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Be at least 21 years old and able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Be comfortable outdoors/in all weather conditions and equity with indoor environments.
• Hold a Florida Security License D and bring an updated resume to interview.
