Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience helping individuals with serious mental illness is a plus.
• Strong customer service and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a safe, secure environment during overnight hours.
• Document activities in logs and ensure visitors sign in.
• Provide ongoing counseling support and assist with daily living tasks as needed.
• Assist with fire drills, medications (where applicable), and meetings.
• Follow program policies and state regulations; de-escalate crises when needed.
