Mental Health Connecticut Inc. is hiring a Residential Specialist I for the Bridgeport area to provide recovery-focused support during a Sunday–Thursday night shift (12:00 am–8:00 am). The role emphasizes documenting activities, implementing Individual Recovery Plans, and ensuring safe, therapeutic environments.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Experience documenting activities and implementing recovery plans preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and on-site in Bridgeport.

Responsabilités

• Document activities and communications per IRP and contract.
• Implement IRP and teach ADL skills to maintain a clean environment.
• Monitor self-administration of medications and note issues.
• Supervise residents to maintain safe, healthy facilities.
• Provide emergent site coverage as needed.
