Job summary

WellPower in Denver seeks Residential Counselors to support consumers in ADLs and recovery. You will provide individual psychotherapy, facilitate group sessions, coordinate care, and document progress in a multi-disciplinary setting.

The role requires evening overnight shifts, CPR/CPR First Aid and QMAP certifications, with a focus on safety, advocacy, and recovery-oriented care within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• RC I: pursuing Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field; or CN A/HHA certification preferred.
• RC II: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support to consumers.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions within the house.
• Coordinate clinical care with case management and MHCD.
• Complete intake and discharge tasks for new residents.
• Document significant consumer interactions toward recovery and continuity of care.
• Maintain a trauma-informed, safe living environment.
