You will assist with daily living activities, monitor medications, and collaborate with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with a relevant population preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required or must obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical environment and program standards.
• Monitor self-administration of client medications.
• Collaborate and coordinate care with providers and families.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with agency standards.
