Job summary

Share Medical Center seeks an Overnight Attendant for The Homestead in Alva, OK, to ensure safety and well-being of residents during the overnight shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.).

You will respond to emergencies, follow procedures, monitor access, secure areas, document incidents, and communicate with leadership while upholding HIPAA confidentiality. This role requires staying onsite and coordinating with staff to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain onsite during overnight shift (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security, and well-being of residents during overnight hours.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and resident needs.
• Follow established emergency and fire procedures; maintain clear communication with leadership during crises.
• Monitor building access; secure entrances and common areas.
• Answer facility and emergency lines; provide appropriate assistance to residents and family members.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
