Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Cloquet, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility. You will work closely with a dedicated care team in a home-like setting.

The role offers an hourly wage up to $20, shift work including nights, and benefits such as PTO and health coverage. Applicants must pass a DHS background check and be 18 or older, with CNA license preferred.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• CNA license preferred; under 18 exceptions possible with CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing.

• Feeding Assistance.
• Management of Dementia related behaviors.
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
