Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) in Mountain Iron, MN. The role supports residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and personal care while maintaining dignity and comfort in a compassionate team setting.

Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, dementia care, mobility assistance, medications, and end-of-life care. Benefits include PTO and CNA reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations
