Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to handle non‑selling tasks during the overnight hours while enabling excellent customer service and selling opportunities. The role involves replenishment, price changes, and merchandising across multiple departments, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least two years of retail experience, with the ability to work overnights and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of retail or stocking experience.
• Overnight shift availability.
• Ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Assist inventory control with on‑demand counts, peg scanning and display integrity checks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes with tagging, signage and inventory adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Support visual merchandising, fixture replacements, end caps, signage, and ad prep and resets as needed.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
