Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operations at the Sunset Hills, MO campus. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to free sales teams for legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The position requires the ability to work overnight, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform replenishment, price changes, and merchandising duties across multiple departments. Two years of retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of retail/stock experience.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and follow planogram directives.
• Comfort working overnight shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory control with on-demand counts and display integrity checks.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage, and inventory adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting and facing.
• Assist visual merchandising and fixture setups and resets as needed.
• Support planogram execution and omni-channel fulfillment during peak periods.
