Job summary

K Health is seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians to deliver remote, video-based comprehensive care, including preventive, sick visits and chronic disease management. Overnight shifts 10 hours, 7 days on /14 days off, home-based care with support from our AI platform.

Licensed in NY, WI, MN, IA or willing to obtain these licenses; board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; EPIC EMR experience; Spanish a plus; strong focus on longitudinal patient relationships and high-volume virtual

Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• 1+ year of post-residency work experience in an in-person primary care setting.
• Experience with virtual visits required.
• Must have EPIC EMR experience.
• Clean background and malpractice history.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule (7 days on, 14 days off).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Comfort with full spectrum primary care including pediatrics and mental health.
• Experience handling 3+ cases per hour.
• Eagerness to learn cutting-edge technology to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients (AWVs, care gaps, transitions of care, risk capture)
• Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices
