Floor & Decor in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, including unloading, auditing, and staging products for inventory accuracy. You will ensure paperwork is complete and products are stored safely, while supporting rotations and space optimization.

The role requires attention to safety and the ability to operate in a fast-paced store environment. Minimum experience includes 1–2 years in a warehouse setting; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Detail-oriented and accurate in receiving processes.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available for extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging products.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products safely to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Perform related duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certification).
