Job summary

Leprino Foods seeks a Quality Lab Technician for the Lubbock, TX facility to perform analytical and performance evaluations, maintain inventory, and ensure proper communication of test results to the Quality and production teams. The position pays $23.65 per hour with a $1 differential for hours between 6pm and 6am, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab tests and evaluations per SOPs and communicate deviations to Quality supervisor and QE group leader.
• Maintain accurate record keeping for lab paperwork and inventory supplies.
• Ensure equipment operates within specified parameters and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Pull required samples and perform testing/analyzing per SAP and lab procedures.
