Job summary

Leprino Foods is hiring a Micro Technician to maintain clean production areas, follow GMPs, SOPs and USDA regulations. The role requires handling in-process samples, conducting cheese/whey analyses, and recording results accurately in appropriate data systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential job functions safely.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work a 24/7 shift with overtime as needed.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in a dairy/process environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate input set information and monitor production inputs.
• Collect in-process samples and provide test results.
• Perform finished product testing for cheese and whey.
• Maintain GMPs and safety procedures.
• Enter data into database systems (Excel, etc.).
• Coordinate with production and warehouse for samples.
