Job summary

Circle Beverage in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift and drive continuous improvement on the floor. You will work hands-on with a team of direct reports and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency to meet Circle's metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of direct reports supervision in a food or beverage setting and strong CI experience, with Lean/Six Sigma certifications viewed as a plus. This is a full-time on-site role on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Led a team of direct reports for 2+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in food or beverage plant operations a plus.
• Proven track record of driving safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methods are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift with accountability for production output and metrics.
• Develop and retain the production team, including training and career pathing.
• Ensure safety guidelines and OSHA-like standards are followed on the floor.
• Sustain food safety and quality programs (SQF, HACCP, USDA certifications).
• Monitor production quality documentation and GMP adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine changes, troubleshooting and repairs.
