Job summary

Circle Beverage is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator to join our Production team at our Indianapolis headquarters. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with no remote work option.

You will operate and adjust packaging and canning line equipment, participate in shift meetings, and ensure quality and sanitation per our Food Safety Plan. Ideal candidates are physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and have experience in beverage manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Able to operate packaging and canning line equipment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment within assigned work stations and monitor settings.
• Adjust equipment to SOPs.
• Participate in daily shift meetings.
• Manage product inventory and packaging/canning tasks.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation per Food Safety Plan.

2nd Shift Production Operator

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Supervisor / Lead Operator

Full‑time (40 hrs/wk), Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Based at Circle’s manufacturing headquarters; no remote work option.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment within assigned work stations and monitor operational settings.
• Adjust equipment to comply with standard operating procedures.
• Participate in daily shift meetings.
• Manage product inventory, including work on the packaging/canning line to produce beverage products.
• Execute cleaning & sanitation tasks in accordance with Circle’s Food Safety Plan.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines at all times.

What Experience Are We Looking For?

• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Ability to physically lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Proficient in operating machinery in a lean manufacturing facility.
• Basic troubleshooting skills on packaging equipment (sleevers, tray packers, bundlers, stretch wrappers).
• Experience in a food or beverage production environment preferred.
• Displayed reliability and work ethic through previous professional, educational, or personal experience.
• Enhanced attention to detail.
