Charge Rigs is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Line Manager for our 3rd shift operations in Apopka, FL. This mid-level role ensures smooth production processes, leads a dedicated team, and drives efficiency in manufacturing our cutting-edge EV charging solutions.

The Line Manager for 3rd shift will oversee production activities and personnel to ensure the timely and quality-driven manufacturing of Charge Rigs' innovative EV charging hardware. This role requires a strong leader with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and team development.**Key Responsibilities:**- Supervise and coordinate all 3rd shift production line activities, ensuring adherence to daily and weekly production goals.- Monitor performance and quality metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.- Lead and motivate a team of production associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to foster skill development and accountability.- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues and ensure optimal machine performance.- Partner with the Quality Assurance team to maintain and improve product quality standards.- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement process improvement initiatives.- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and timecards to ensure adequate staffing levels.- Prepare and submit shift reports and operational updates to senior management.- Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd shift operations, escalating critical issues as needed.

Requirements: **Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.- Proficiency in using production tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement process improvements.- Flexibility to work overnight hours (3rd shift) and occasional weekends/holidays as needed.- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma certification is a plus.- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
