Job summary

Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in recruiting a Direct Hire, 3rd shift Production and Sanitation Supervisor in Front Royal, VA. This combined leadership role oversees end-of-shift production and leads the full sanitation cycle, ensuring compliance, safety, and readiness for the next production run.

Overnight hours 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing or sanitation, is bilingual English/Spanish, and holds a high school

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or sanitation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-shift production activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead sanitation cycle and SSOP compliance.
• Manage shift staffing and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safe, clean facility for next production run.
• Communicate with management and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
