Nature's Touch is seeking a 3rd Shift Production/Sanitation Supervisor for overnight operations in Front Royal, VA. You will oversee hourly production and sanitation teams, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant ready for the next run.

Responsibilities include safety and quality adherence, staffing management, and timely communication with management. Requires bilingual English/Spanish and high school diploma, with a focus on food safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; strong communication skills.
• Overnight shift supervision and coordination abilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, productive work environment across shift activities.
• Follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Exercise authority to resolve production and quality issues on shift.
• Manage staffing assignments to meet production objectives.
• Ensure accurate production counts and documentation for KPI updates.
• Lead sanitation activities and ensure SSOP compliance.
