Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Manual Radial Drill Machinist for our Sand Springs, OK facility. The role involves setting up and operating manual radial drilling equipment to drill and tap holes in metal components with close tolerances.

Expect blueprints interpretation, precision measurement, and strong mechanical troubleshooting in a heavy industrial environment. The position is full-time with weekend overnights (Thu-Sun, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and overtime as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of manual radial drill experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (dial calipers, dial indicators, micrometers).
• Maintain close tolerances and verify measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime availability is required as needed.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate manual radial drill machines for drilling/tapping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
• Lay out parts to required dimensions and specs.
• Drill and tap various hole sizes in different metals with tight tolerances.
• Select tooling and equipment for machining operations.
• Measure/inspect parts with calipers, indicators, and micrometers.
• Operate overhead cranes to load/remove parts and handle materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
