Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Overnight Power Wash Technician in Michigan to maintain cleanliness of store exteriors and public areas. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces, following safety procedures.

Requirements include 1-3 years in power washing/exterior maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma. The role offers full benefits and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces as directed
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
