Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperatures.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash and contaminants while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain logs and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
