Job summary

Moore Clean is seeking an Overnight Porter for a 9:00pm-5:00am shift at various commercial properties. You will clean facilities, check and replace trash liners, and spray-clean trash can lids. Daily tasks include hauling trash from lots and ensuring dumpster areas are free of debris.

Responsibilities

• Porter will be assigned a schedule of commercial properties to clean.
• All trash cans will be checked and trash liners changed.
• All trash can lids will be sprayed with cleaner and wiped down with towel.
• All trash on the parking lot, grass islands, back of center and side of center will be picked up and thrown inside dumpster.
• All dumpster corals will be checked and cleaned so there's no trash or debris around the dumpster.
• Overnight Porter will use our company reporting app (Connect teams) to report services and upload minimum 10 photos of work completed.
• Porter will report any graffiti, illegal dumping and any other unusual items to their manager so management can notify property manager.
