Job summary

Moore-Clean is seeking an Overnight Porter to work 9:00pm–5:00am on commercial properties in Round Rock, TX. You will clean designated areas, handle trash and liners, and ensure lids are wiped with cleaner. You’ll collect trash from parking areas and inspect dumpsters for debris.

You will document work via Connect Teams with at least 10 photos and report graffiti or illegal dumping to management. Great pay, growth opportunities, and health benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned commercial properties overnight.
• Check trash cans, change liners and wipe lids with cleaner.
• Pick up trash from parking lot, grass islands, and around the center and dispose in dumpster.
• Inspect dumpsters to ensure no debris around them.
• Report services via Connect Teams app and upload minimum 10 photos of work completed.
• Report graffiti or illegal dumping to manager.

Overnight Porter will work from 9:00pm-5:00am in the morning.

Job Details

• Porter will be assigned a schedule of commercial properties to clean.
• All trash cans will be checked and trash liners changed.
• All trash can lids will be sprayed with cleaner and wiped down with towel.
• All trash on the parking lot, grass islands, back of center and side of center will be picked up and thrown inside dumpster.
• All dumpster corals will be checked and cleaned so there's no trash or debris around the dumpster.
• Overnight Porter will use our company reporting app (Connect teams) to report services and upload minimum 10 photos of work completed.
• Porter will report any graffiti, illegal dumping and any other unusual items to their manager so management can notify property manager.
