Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent required.
• Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy in the employment state.
• 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enter prescriptions accurately.
• Label and fill prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations and verify ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management and medication storage.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide telephonic support to patients.
• Coordinate with pharmacists to resolve insurance and billing issues.
