PharMerica in Horsham, PA is hiring a full-time Pharmacist for an overnight, non-retail role serving long-term care and senior living clients. You will review orders, provide clinical recommendations, and maintain patient profiles in a closed-door setting.

This position offers a 7 on, 7 off overnight schedule with a $6/hr shift differential, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursements, and opportunities for professional growth. PA licensure required; PharmD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of practice (PA).
• Knowledge of drug therapy guidelines, safety practices, and regulatory standards (CMS, DEA, FDA).
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and pharmacy information systems.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness and dosing.
• Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and facility staff.
• Maintain resident profiles with medical history and current meds.
• Ensure lab tests for high-risk meds are ordered and reviewed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals.
