Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as an individual advocate for consumers and provide peer support.
• Utilize personal recovery experiences to support consumers and follow trauma‑informed practices.
• Assess needs, goals, and resources; coordinate transportation as needed.
• Develop and review individual plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document services and maintain records per Northwestern Medicine standards.
