Job summary

Memphis Recovery Centers seeks an experienced Counselor for our Adult residential addiction rehab facility in Memphis, TN. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead counseling sessions to support patients on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities include facilitating group therapies, maintaining a small caseload, and collaborating with staff to promote positive outcomes and long-term sobriety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology/Social Work or a Closely Related Field from an Accredited College or University (REQUIRED)
• Previous Experience in Counseling Field (PREFERRED)
• Knowledge of Substance Abuse Disorders (PREFERRED)
• Driver’s License (REQUIRED)

Shift: 1st/2nd shift (One weekend day included in weekly schedule)
