Job summary

Transcend ED – Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Monroe, NC, is hiring full-time overnight CNAs, CMAs, Psych Techs, or RMAs to support clients in a structured, recovery-focused environment during overnight hours.

Shift options include 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM, and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM on a rotating schedule. The position is listed as Part Time to Full Time with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience as a CNA, CMA, RMA.
• Active and Current certification as CNA, CMA, RMA.
• Current Medication Administration certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or related field preferred.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work independently overnight.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Passion for helping individuals in recovery from eating disorders or mental health conditions.
• Manage a maximum of six (6) adolescent clients in a specialized residential setting, focusing on eating disorder recovery and behavioral health support.

• Provide supportive care and supervision to clients throughout the night.
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor the treatment environment for security and comfort.
• Assist with medication administration (for Medication Administrators) under licensure and policy.
• Accurately document observations, incidents, and client interactions.
• Support clients in maintaining a structured routine, including wake-up and morning transitions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility overnight.
• Respond to crises and elevate to clinical staff as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Transcend ED is currently hiring Full Time Overnight CNA, CMA, Psych Tech or RMA to join our compassionate team at our Residential Treatment Centers in Monroe, NC. The zip code for reference is 28112 or 28110. This is a key role supporting clients in a structured, recovery-focused environment during overnight hours.

Shift: Ability to work overnight shifts, 3 days per week during the hours of (7:00AM-7:00 PM, 7:30AM- 7:30PM, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM ) on a rotating schedule.
