Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• 1+ year of maintenance/sanitation experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA Guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of product handling and food preparation processes.
• Ability to operate department sanitation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department cleanliness and safety with urgency and prioritization.
• Deep clean and disinfect processing areas, equipment, fixtures, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Document chemical handling and sanitation verification certifications.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and organize stock in maintenance room.
• Identify pests and place traps as needed and follow food safety SOPs.
• Assist customers and support store leaders as needed.
